Unabated Development – Drive Magazine October 09
September 22nd, 2009
Steve
Welcome to this our second all-digital issue of Drive magazine. This month we had the same problem as last month in that we just had too much content and the difficult decision was what to leave out!
Included in our mix of road tests this month we have the VW Tiguan and the FIAT Grande Punto among others. There are a couple of really exciting features like our VW Family Feud which sees the sultry Scirocco square up against the scorching Golf 6 GTI, as well as some interesting reading for Jaguar aficionados on the latest developments from this iconic brand and our first drive of the all new Clio RS hotness.
For those of you that are concerned about the cost and efficiency of the fuel you burn, you can read all about the benefits of BP Ultimate and the massive effort involved in developing this fuel.
Fans of all things two wheels have not been neglected this month with two thrilling road tests featuring the best that the supersport category has to offer, the spectacular Triumph 675 Daytona and the updated Kawasaki ZX-6 Monster – and trust us, it really is.
There’s even an opportunity to win your own copy of the brand-new Need for Speed Shift courtesy of EA SA, just send us your answer to the question.
We have taken on a new designer for the magazine and I’m sure you’ll notice a much more graphically pleasing issue. We would also appreciate your comment on the design as well as the content of course. Please send input to editor@drivemagazine.co.za. This magazine is for you the reader so we really want to include the sort of features that you would like to read about, and package it in the sort of design you find most appealing.
Regular visitors to the Drive magazine web site will have noticed that over and above the magazine itself we are constantly updating our web content with all of the latest news as well as tasters of what will be in the next issue. So don’t forget to visit the site regularly and get your fix of all things motoring. We have all worked hard on this issue so I really hope you enjoy reading the fruits of our labour.
